Share This Course! – Creative Collaboration Producing Something Wonderful

To steal a term from BitTorrent Mark Pesce is the seed of this international project to understand sharing and communities.

Share This Course! is an experiment in creative collaboration. We’re working together to understand how the sharing technologies and culture of the early 21st century can be applied to the specific task of creating a book which talks about this new world of shared culture, knowledge and power, a book titled Share This Book.

I found my way to the project via The Maybe Logic Academy, although you can just sign up at the Share This Course! web site and register if you would like to participate in defining the future of collaboration.

New Robert Anton Wilson Web Site

Robert Anton Wilson IS my favorite author. R.A.W. died in 2007. Two of my favorite books are The Illuminatus Trilogy and Cosmic Trigger.
Exciting news today that his daughter has continued his work on the internet with a new web site dedicated to Robert Anton Wilson’s work and writing. They also have a blog RAW data.
I am a huge fan of R.A.W. I feel I have learned more from the handful of his books that I have read than just about everything else except personal experience.

Firefox is a free open source program developed by the Mozilla Foundation and thousands of developers around the world. The results of being FOSS is a level of security and usability unmatched by other browsers. After installing Firefox, Tips & Tricks is a good place to start.

Netvibes
Netvibes is an internet personal home page. A place where you can keep all of your favorite internet information in one place. You can have your email, local weather, ebay auctions, facebook, blogs and news all on one page. The amount of information you can process is amazing. Netvibes makes it easy to keep track on your online life.

RSS – Really Simple Syndication
RSS is an internet technology used to deliver blog posts, news stories or anything someone might want to publish.
